My way of holding onto the things I love, the Things I am and the Things I never want to lose...

Kenneth 1, Botak Jones 1

Phew, back from my FYP Prototype Demonstration. Things are still a little shaky on the whole but as I continue to gain back my confidence, I believe everything will pull through. And the interesting thing was that I knew what my lecturer meant by sometimes you gotta give up everything and start again. Sure it sounds tough and disappointing but sometimes its the way to do it right.

I know it will be hard after all the hard work gone that has gone in the past weeks but if its heading in the wrong direction, better to turn back now then continue. And I am glad I took that advise. I understand the nature of my fyp now and I am glad that at this stage I am still on the right path having put aside what I wanted to do in the first place.

It was hard but better to have realised my mistake early then when its too late. Well crunch month is coming and I am looking forward to it.

Anyway it was also good to meet up with my classmate for lunch. Its been a while since I seen him due to us being in a different project group. In the end we went to the Ang Mo Kio Botak Jones outlet.

Well I went ahead and ordered this with faith that my appetite is back.

Mustard and Steak Sauce... ok lah not bad.

And I did not let it own me this time roung. And yes I did leave abit of vege behind but I did finish the tomatoes and so on.

Well in usual cases I would be very happy to get my hands on this. Got it at a cheaper price compared to outside and this is something I was looking forward to for a month plus.

But I guess over the weeks I learnt that somethings are worth giving up for and I guess I was too busy with hardware that I forgot about whats really important to me and I guess only when we lost it that we truly learn to appreciate it.

Decided to let it go to someone else for now. I will be back with hardware seeing how I have also helped many people on the forums. But when I do come back, I will be back with a new objective. Not to gain favor and praise but also to be there to give back what was given to me by the older people who have taught me lots over the 8 years I have been there.

And most importantly I will know how to balance out everything. Somethings just cannot replace what is truly important.

Last but not least I finally got my hands on the movie. Looking forward to watching it tomorrow as a reward for getting out the prototype for my fyp. Heard from many that its a good show and there are many things that can be learnt from it.

Ok time to get ready to go out to watch Speed Racer with my friends. Heard from those who went to the gala premiere that its good stuff. Yay for $6 tickets at The Cathay.

Cheers,
Kenneth.
