Went to watch Prince Caspian last night with Melissa and Elliott at GV Plaza and boy was it a good show. Sure it had some stuff taken out and changed from the original story and some extra scenes and drama but over all it was worth siting in there for 2 over hours.
Considering that there are cases of script writers killing off the original storyline from the book after it gets adapted for the big screen, Prince Caspian still stood true to the main theme of the book. The idea of good versus evil, fighting on even though the odds are against you and of cos never giving up hope in what you believe is right.
I guess C.S Lewis really did it all packaging it up into one light weight story book that speaks differently to each individual with yet the same main story. I know its true for me from the first time and even now so many years later.Guess if there is one person I want to meet in heaven, it would have to be him.
And yes I know many people(mainly females) have commented that Ben Barnes is the main attraction for the show but if you ask me I think its mice that did the trick. ;)
