A church, a lonely road...

"Run To You" by Roxette

Was in a retro mood today so decided to listen to some Roxette. Remember that they were the first band that gave me a taste of ballads. And for someone who didn't like sappy love songs back than, something about their songs somehow got to me. I think I can still hum songs like "It must have been love" or even "Listen to your heart" to myself.

But one song that I liked alot is "Run To You". Maybe its cos on the way home from Hougang Interchange and now Hougang MRT as well, I would have to pass the church at the junction and at night it can be lonely as well. Oh well maybe ba, heh...

Anyway its a slow slow slow friday today. Just clearing up some work, checking out the usual forums for geek stuff(haha thanks hester for explaining the difference between nerd and geek, and yes geek will still rule the world one day) and looking around the net to see if lockon's haro has been released so I dun have to buy another one and paint it orange.

Well lets hope I can find one of these in Singapore. Somehow Dynames would not be completed without the pilot and his little orange roboball.

And lastly, the OST for Ironman is coming soon and I can't wait to get my hands on it.

2 tracks have been leaked out on youtube and you can get a listen here and here. Looks like everything is building up to the movie very nicely.

Well thats about it from me today. Weather is looking hot as usual. Gonna head over to SLS to find a friend first before heading over to Sunshine plaza to hunt for my Haro and Lockon figurine and lastly over to Sakura Toa Payoh to meet up with the rest for the HWC Gathering there.

And on a side note, just wanna say thanks to the Distros, Ban Leong and Corbell for kindly providing the lucky draw prizes, the goodie bags and for the dinner later. And of cos the nice people from Convergent for the attempts at trying to get my mind off things with new toys. Promise once I am feeling better, I will be back to doing reviews for you all. :)

Cheers,
Kenneth.
