Macross Frontier OP - Triangular
This is the opening for the new Anime to celebrate the 25 years of macross. Its sung by Maaya Sakamoto who has quite a long list of other animes she has been involved with. Well its good to have another anime I can chase now that Gundam 00 season 1 is done. Especially since it is one of those shaped my cartoon years way back than with the first season of Macross on TV. And mecha animes have always been my favorite.
Kinda like the opening song as well and it suits the show quite well so far. Add happening 3D rendering with cool fight scenes, character development individually and with other characters and I think this is one potential benchmark for future animes to come.

Well episode 6 should be out over the next few days so I guess thats something to look forward to.
