A Tribute To Lockon Stratos

Well I finally got my paint and decided to finish up Dynames once and for all. And since I am at it, I guess its a good way to pay tribute to my favorite Gundam 00 character.


Taking apart Dynames to finish up the panel lining. Helps to make the model less plastic.


Finally got my hands on a new pot of black paint. Took me a while to hunt it down and prices did go up abit but its definitely worth it.

Took me a while to decide what colour scheme to use. In the end I went with the boring one considering that in real life sniper rifles are meant to be hard to spot if not it defeats the whole purpose. And you dun see sniper rifles out there in funky colour anyway. Best thing is that since its base colour is black, should I ever feel the need to adjust it, its easily done.


And lastly Dynames back where it belongs with the rest of the important stuff. Hmm think the casing needs a little cleaning again. The woes of putting the casing next to the window I guess.

Episode 23 of Season 1, Gundam 00 will always be one of my favorite as it had one of the best endings to a character for as long as I can remember watching the many gundam series.

You can actually feel for the character and his friends. Lockon in some sense was real to me and I could somehow understand his emotions and why he does certain things. I guess this is one character I will miss when season 2 of Gundam 00 comes along later this year.

If I could rewrite the sequence abit:

"What the heck am I doing?
But y'know...
If I don't get this guy...I can't take my revenge...
I can't go on without that...
I won't be able to face the world again...
Because of that...
Father...
Mother...
Amy..."



I know... Even though I've done it, it's possible nothing will change...
I can't go back anymore...



Even so...from here on, tomorrow will be...

Well sometimes I do wonder if the little things I try to do to make a difference in other people's live do really make a difference. Or do they end up as a waste or energy and time. Well no matter I guess, in the end Kenneth will still be Kenneth.
