Don't Call Me Junior....

This was a long overdued little gathering that we did plan out sometime ago but never really carried out. So the minute the idea came back again, planning to the actual thing itself was pushed quickly and boy, what a night.

Having our Friday Movie Marathons are not new and this one was motivated by the fourth installment of Indiana Jones movie that is coming right up. So being the movie junkies that we all are, we decided to watch all 3 previous installments in one go.

And of course what is everything without food. Decided to go with pizza hut this time around and got their family meal.

It seems that waiting too long for the food can get to you.

Oh man, its been too long since I had pizza hut. I think the last time was at marina last year just before everyone went off to watch music and lyrics while I went to mug for my exam paper the next day.

Side orders are always welcomed. Never go tired of garlic bread.

Elliott trying his hand at taking photos again. Thus he is not in the picture.
Missing from the shots are the Pepsi and ice cream.

First off was "Temple of Doom". The first show to ever give me nightmares as a kid way way back. And did not help that we were watching it while having dinner. When it got to the movie's dinner scene, somehow I was compelled to quickly finish up my dinner before I get affected by the movie.

Next up was "Raiders of the Lost Ark". The only one that I never had the time to watch it through properly. Special effects were quite impressive considering how old this show is. One thing interesting is that "Indy" always like to act first and think later. Everything else just think on the way. Too bad it only happens in the movies.

By the time we got started on this one, it was past 1am. But after going so far, we pressed on and we finished this one as well. Being the most recent one, I could remember most of the show but hey, a dad and son tag team always provides a few more laughs here and there.

The fourth installment will be hitting Singapore soon and from the trailers on the internet, the show looks to be promising. Armed with my Debit card and Safra card( Online booking at $8 bucks for weekendshow @ GV for the win~!), I have no doubt that I will be watching this one.

Cheers,
Kenneth.
